Interior: Your furniture and decorations are carefully moved to the center of the space and wrapped in fresh plastic coverings, while the floors are shielded with paper and drop cloths.
Exterior: Surfaces that will be painted are thoroughly cleaned, either by power washing or hand washing, to eliminate accumulated dust and dirt.
1 - Setup
Interior: We’ll repair cracks and holes in the walls and ceilings, and apply caulk where it’s needed to create a smooth surface.
Exterior: We’ll remove loose or peeling paint by scraping and sanding, and re-caulk previously sealed gaps to help keep water out.
2 - Preparation
Interior: All patched or repaired spots are sealed with primer before being finished with top-quality paint.
Exterior: After priming the repaired sections, we apply premium paint to your home’s exterior to achieve an even, consistent appearance.
3 - Painting
We handle your home as if it were our own, showing the highest level of care and respect. Our goal is to ensure that the only noticeable change once we finish is the freshly painted surfaces. You can feel confident knowing your home is in trusted hands.
4 - Clean up
Once the work is finished, we’ll do a detailed walkthrough of the property and invite you to join us to point out any areas that might need touch-ups. If everything meets your approval, we’ll finalize the project and mark it as complete!
